Based in South Carolina, the Revel team has over 100 years of combined yachting experience and decades of boatbuilding and business leadership experience all of which fuel our dedication to providing the highest levels of quality, reliability, luxury, accommodations, and service.

Joshua St. Germain

Founder and CEO

Joshua St. Germain is a highly accomplished, lean manufacturing expert and a multi-faceted marine engineer. A designer by trade, St. Germain is a fourth-generation mariner and has family history in production boatbuilding during WWII. He gained a foothold in the marine industry in 2009, managing and crewing with Ferretti Group on 33-90’ yachts. Immediately developing a passion for yachting, he formed his first marine company, St. Germain Yacht Services, in 2010. St. Germain graduated at the top of his class from The Landing School of Boatbuilding and Design in 2013. Since, he has held engineering, product development, and service positions at Back Cove Yachts, Coastal Carolina Yacht Sales, and Scout Boats. St. Germain currently resides in Charleston, South Carolina with his wife, daughter, and son.

Luis de Luzuriaga

Chairman

Luis de Luzuriaga has served as the Chairman of Revel Yacht since its inception. He is a lifelong yachtsman and serial boat owner. In addition to his Chairman role at Revel Yachts, Mr. de Luzuriaga serves as Chief Executive Officer and is a member of the Board of Directors of Biocare Medical. Mr. de Luzuriaga is a dynamic, global leader who has successfully transformed businesses by focusing the organizations on strategy and execution. A seasoned executive, Mr. de Luzuriaga has held senior leadership positions with Abbott, Bayer, and Leica Biosystem (a Danaher Company). Mr. de Luzuriaga serves on the Board of Molecular Designs, Intertie, and Across the Pond Investments. He is a graduate of Tufts University and a former officer in the US Army. He is married with four children.
